Ticket Purchases

All tickets sold through this website are purchased directly from Tattershall Farm Park Ltd, Marsh Lane, Tattershall, LN4 4JR.

Ticket descriptions and prices are displayed at the time of booking and include VAT where applicable.

We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider. All transactions are processed on a fully encrypted server to help keep your payment details safe and secure.

For one-off payments, such as entry tickets, the payment reference on your bank statement will usually appear as Tattershall Farm Park.

For memberships or installment payments collected by Direct Debit, the payment reference may appear as GoCardless rather than Tattershall Farm Park.

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique booking reference number. This acts as proof of purchase and confirms the number and type of tickets booked. Please keep this confirmation safe.
For security purposes, we may ask for the name used to make the booking upon arrival.

Tickets are valid only for the specific date selected at the time of booking, as shown on your confirmation email.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

As an outdoor working farm park, we remain open in most weather conditions. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued due to adverse weather.

Tickets purchased online cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount unless explicitly stated.

Farm Park Annual Pass Membership – Monthly Direct Debit

Our Farm Park Annual Pass Membership offers fantastic value for families and guests who love to visit regularly throughout the year.

Memberships paid monthly by Direct Debit using our partner Go Cardless will automatically renew and continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.

Please note that Direct Debit payments may appear on your bank statement as GoCardless rather than Tattershall Farm Park.

Direct Debit payments will be collected monthly from the account provided at the time of sign-up. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as missed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits.

If a Direct Debit is cancelled directly through your bank, your membership will cease with immediate effect until payment has been made and the Direct Debit instruction has been reinstated.

If you wish to cancel your membership, we require a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to your next payment date. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to bookings@tattershallfarmpark.co.uk. dfeerwa

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for partial months or any unused membership benefits.

From time to time, we may make changes to membership pricing or benefits. Where possible, reasonable notice will always be provided.

Children & Supervision

Children under 2 years old enter free of charge but must still be included within the booking.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times and will not be admitted without one.

The safety, welfare and enjoyment of all our guests, staff and animals is extremely important to us and we recommend that you supervise young children while they hand wash.

Hygiene & Zoonotic Disease Prevention

As with any animal environment, there is a very small risk of zoonotic disease transmission.

To help protect both our guests and animals:

  • Hand washing before and after any animal contact is strongly encouraged.
  • Hand washing facilities with warm water and soap are located throughout the farm park, including:
    • Entrance
    • Side of the Playbarn
    • Rear of the Playbarn near “The Sweet Spot”
    • Rear of the Café
    • Falconry Centre
    • Front and rear of the Animal Barn
    • Hand washing facilities are also available in the toilets in our Café and Playbarn

We take the welfare and wellbeing of our visitors extremely seriously, and good hand hygiene is one of the most effective ways to help prevent the spread of zoonotic diseases.

Right of Admission

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or request guests to leave the park at any time where necessary in the interests of safety, animal welfare, security, or the enjoyment of other visitors.
