The spirit of Christmas comes alive when you visit us for our North Pole Experience
Santa’s magical woodland Christmas Grotto is where you’ll meet Father Christmas and his helper. There you will be given your magic North Pole coin which can be spent in the North Pole Emporium.
Our North Pole Emporium is packed with gifts, and whatever kind of thing your child is into they’ll be sure to find the perfect present.
During your time at the Farm you will have the chance to meet Jazz and Samba, Santa’s real Reindeer and take a selfie in Santa’s Sleigh.
Head over to the North Pole, where one of Santa’s Helpers will guide you through the interactive festivities there, including making Magic Reindeer Food, writing your ‘Letter to Santa’, and meeting ‘Sugar Plum Mary’ to decorate your very own Christmas Biscuit.
You’ll also join the elves in Santa’s Workshop and make a Christmas Tree Decoration while you are there!
For an extra touch of festive magic, why not upgrade your visit to toast marshmallows over an open fire, enjoy one of Sugar Plum Mary’s special recipe Hot Chocolates, and dive into the fun of our "Make a Bear" workshop, where you can create your very own cuddly companion and pick a festive outfit for them too!
