Term-time weekday entry is £7.45 in advance and £9.45 on the door
 
Weekends and School Holiday Price is £9.45 when you book MORE THAN 5 days in advance, £10.45 when you book UP TO 5 days in advance and £11.45 if you pay on the door.  

• For the next 8 Tuesdays Dave will be coaching parents & their friends
• Dave brings functional core & bodyweight training classes to the farm
• Classes initially start indoors, in the party room.  Children can watch their parents exercise in a space that is safe & comfortable for little ones, and as the weather improves we move outside
• The 45 minute class incorporates a 25 minute full body structured workout, with  thorough warm up & cool down
• An ideal way to kickstart and maintain a fitness routine that works alongside the little ones!
• Booking is essential and spaces are limited
• Medical consent form is mandatory, and you’ll need to complete one of Dave’s health questionnaires (called a PAR-Q). PAR-Q stands for Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. It's a short health screening tool that helps people determine if they should consult a doctor before starting an exercise program. 
• Farm Fit classes may not be suitable for everyone, so call Dave on 07542 545 466 before you book
• There's no additional charge for the 'Farm Fit' classes, however spaces are limited and allocated on a first come first serve basis.
