We’ve teamed up with local qualified PT & Fitness Coach ‘Dave’ to bring you the venue for ‘Farm Fit’
- Dave coaches parents & their friends while their babies watch!
- Dave brings functional core & bodyweight training classes to the farm
- Classes initially start indoors, in the party room. Children can watch their parents exercise in a space that is safe & comfortable for little ones, and as the weather improves we move outside
- The 45 minute class incorporates a 25 minute full body structured workout, with thorough warm up & cool down
- An ideal way to kickstart and maintain a fitness routine that works alongside the little ones!
- Booking is essential and spaces are limited
- Medical consent form is mandatory, and you’ll need to complete one of Dave’s health questionnaires (called a PAR-Q). PAR-Q stands for Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. It's a short health screening tool that helps people determine if they should consult a doctor before starting an exercise program.
